100% transparent

Our platform ensures that contractors and engagers are kept informed throughout the entire engagement process.

  • Contractors and engagers will receive updates at each stage of the process.
  • Contractors who are unsuccessful will be notified with any comments received from the engager.
  • It's easy for engagers to provide feedback, making it more likely we can give contractors insight into why they were successful or not.

Due to our billing model, it currently only makes sense to support outside IR35 engagements at this time.

  • Our billing model represents a financial risk to the contractor that could help prove the engagement is outside IR35.
  • Contractors and engagers alike, must always take professional advice to determine IR35 status.
  • Our aim is to help genuine contractors engage with their customers now and beyond April 2021.

We're putting together a team to work on a project with a start-up looking to disrupt a niche part of the telecoms industry. We need a developer who will be responsible for actively designing and developing their offering as well as up-skilling other members of the team. The technology choices of React (UI), Python (backend) and AWS (cloud provider) are fixed however, within those constraints we will be able to influence all other technology choices and approaches. You can assume that best practices such as Microservices, automated testing, CI/CD etc are a given also.
